Texas City, Texas (MJP)—
On Wednesday, Anthony Alvarado was apprehended by the Crime Suppression Unit of the Texas City Police Department at Economy Lodge.
Alvarado, a 42-year-old resident of Texas City, was being sought for three charges of inappropriate behavior with a minor, three charges of putting children at risk, unmet bond requirements, and unresolved warrants from the city, as stated in a communication from the Texas City Police Department.
At this moment, he is detained in the Galveston County Jail with a combined bond amounting to $213,270.
According to the department, the Texas City Police Department is committed and will tirelessly pursue the capture and legal action against individuals who try to harm the children in our community.
