SAN JOSE, California –
In a widely shared video on the internet, several sideshow attendees jumped over and tramped on a San Jose police cruiser.
After a sideshow on Saturday night in West San Jose, police reported that members of an “unruly” crowd wearing ski masks were observed jumping on and smashing the windshield of a police cruiser.
The members of the masked mob who participated in the devastation were denounced by the San Jose Police Department.
Just before seven o’clock in the evening, police received several calls regarding sideshows happening all over the city, including one in the western section. One of the spectators at that sideshow was hurt by one of the cars performing tricks.

The masked members of the mob quickly overran the car of a reserve officer who was called to the scene to assist the injured person.
In a statement, interim Chief of Police Paul Joseph stated, “To see one of our officers attacked by an out-of-control mob while trying to help a seriously injured person is truly deplorable!”
There was no way the cop could reach the injured person to help them. As of this writing, there is no information available regarding the injured party’s condition.

Police reported that although the officer’s police cruiser was extensively damaged, he only received minor injuries. Before additional police showed up, the throng dispersed.
“In our city, this behavior is intolerable and will not be allowed. Know that we’ll do everything in our power to locate and capture everyone responsible,” Joseph remarked.
As of right now, no information is available on any arrests.
In addition, Joseph stated that he will collaborate with the district attorney to guarantee that victims of the attack are “prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.”
