New Orleans — An early Thursday, July 4th, double shooting in the Willow Brooks area is under investigation by the New Orleans Police Department.
A man and a woman were discovered wounded by gunshots in the 4900 block of Alcee Fortier Boulevard, according to NOPD officers who were dispatched to the scene at 5 a.m.
The ambulance took them to the hospital. We don’t know how bad their injuries are.
The suspect in the incident is presently being sought after, according to NOPD officers. They need the public’s help to find this man.
The man allegedly pulled a gun on the victims and shot them after an argument between the two, according to the inquiry.
