The Livingston County Road Commission will begin work later this week on a project affecting motorists in Green Oak Township.
Reconstruction of Whitmore Lake Road from Baytes Drive to Lee Road will start Friday, with officials expecting a high impact, as traffic will be directed one-way only from Lee Road south to Baytes Drive.
The work is expected to last through the summer and into the fall, with a completion date of October 28th.
As always, weather adversities, changes in contractor’s schedules, or other factors could alter the timing of the project.
