A White Lake Township man was found deceased Monday after attending the Faster Horses Festival over the weekend.
The body of the 48-year-old man was discovered after Cambridge Township officers were called at about 9:15 a.m. on the report of an unresponsive man in a camper near the Michigan International Speedway, where the three-day country music festival was held.Â
Police did not release the man’s name, but say there were no signs of foul play and results of an autopsy will be released once it is completed.
This is the fifth death at the festival in the last two years. Last year, four people died in two separate incidents. A Sanilac County woman died of natural causes while three men died in a trailer from carbon monoxide poisoning.
