Walgreens has selected LACASA Center as one of three metropolitan Detroit charities to be recipients of their summer MyWalgreens Cash Rewards Giveback Program.
Now through August 31, customers will earn unlimited 1% cashback through their purchases at local Walgreens stores, and can choose how much to donate to LACASA.
When customers accumulate these rewards, they can donate them to LACASA directly by going online and selecting LACASA as their preferred charity.
MyWalgreens cash reward donation amounts can range from $1, $5, or even more if customers choose.
To donate, visit https://www.walgreens.com/topic/promotion/mywalgreens.jsp and select LACASA as the chosen charity. Customers may also join the MyWalgreen Giveback Program by downloading the Walgreens app on their smartphones.
LACASA Center is a locally based, independent nonprofit organization that helps victims of child abuse and interpersonal violence.
The contributions received through the MyWalgreens Cash Rewards Giveback Program will benefit abuse victims and survivors who receive critical services at LACASA.
