CHICAGO, USA —
Although Incredible footage from a dashcam on Chicago’s Interstate 290 shows what appears to be a tornado.
Sometime on Monday night, a viewer of WGN News was driving on I-290 close to the Damen Avenue exit when they saw what looked like a tornado whizzing by.
There are strong gusts and branches and other debris are whirling around.

On Monday night, hundreds of thousands of residents in the Chicago area lost power as severe storms, including multiple tornado reports, swept through the area, knocking trees and power lines to the ground.
A house in Indiana was leveled by a tree, killing a lady inside.
