According to recent US Census Bureau data, nine out of ten of the fastest-growing US cities are located in Texas. Between July 2020 and July 2023, the data shows how many people lived in cities and towns with 20,000 or more residents.
Immigration from neighboring states is the primary driver of economic expansion in Texas.
Celina, TX, with a population of 43,317 as of now, is the fastest-growing city in the US, experiencing a 143% increase from 2020 to 2023.
Nine out of ten Celina residents gave the city a good review, praising its excellent quality of life and robust economy
A comparable number of respondents expressed their willingness to suggest Celina as a place to live to others.

The fastest-growing region in the US from 2022 to 2023 was the southern states, with a growth of 1.4 million inhabitants. In 2023, this was the primary driver of the nation’s growth, accounting for 87% of the total.
