Receiving money in this State will be possible on 2 new payment dates. The Department of Revenue in Alaska’s Permanent Fund Dividend has updated the next paydays for eligible recipients in October.
So, even if you do not qualify for any stimulus check, you may still get money from PFD or other Basic Income Programs like the one in Boulder County, Colorado. Some citizens are still receiving money from the 2023 PFD pot. but what about the dates for the 2024 PFD?
New payment dates after the stimulus checks and the 2023 PFD checks
Finally, the Permanent Fund Dividend division will start the disbursement of the 2024 PFD check. There will be 2 main disbursements and they will start in October 2024. But what are the requirements to receive the 2024 on October 3, 2024?

As you can see, it is always better to request a direct deposit if you would like to receive your money faster. What is more, once you receive your money, save this date. January 1, 2025, will be when Alaskans can apply for this PFD money. Applications will be accepted through March 31, 2025.
2nd PFD payments in October 2024
If you do not qualify for the Permanent Fund Dividend payment on October 3, because it does not say “Eligible-Not Paid” when you check your status on September 20, check it on October 14, 2024.
The Alaska Department of Revenue claims that your PFD payment will be issued on October 24 if you:
- Are you an eligible applicant
- Filed by paper
- Chose a paper check as your payment form
