Texas will soon be home to approximately 150 additional locations of the well-known Midwest retail company Casey’s General Stores.
Casey’s announced a $1.145 billion acquisition of CEFCO Convenience Stores, the company’s owner.
Casey’s will take over 148 CEFCO locations in Texas and 50 in the states of Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi.
In North Texas, you may find Casey’s in Frisco, Decatur, and Forney, among others.
By the end of 2024, the contract should be finalized.
