Authorities are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Howell woman.
59-year-old Kelly Michele Dorsey was last seen by her family at approximately 7 p.m. Sunday September 4th at her residence off North State St. in downtown Howell.
Dorsey is a white female, who stands approximately 5’4 and weighs 95 pounds. She has gray hair with blonde ends that is about mid-back length. Dorsey also has a Jack Skellington tattoo as well as a skull heart tattoo on her left arm/shoulder, and a fairy sitting on a crescent moon on her right arm.
