Longtime Howell community leader Steve Manor has announced he is in hospice with terminal cancer. GIGO News’ Jon King talked with him about his more than 55 years in the community, including more than 30 years as a public school educator and 23 years on Howell City Council as well as his involvement with the Livingston Diversity Council.
