Michigan State Police say a prostitution operation was being run out of a Livingston County motel, with an arrest made last week.
A search warrant was executed Friday at the Best Western in Hartland Township, located at US-23 and M-59, by the Michigan State Police Special Investigation Section. During that search, 44-year-old Scott Matthew Fink of Milford was arrested, along with a 35-year-old East Lansing woman.
Fink is charged with transporting a person for prostitution, accepting earnings from prostitution, and aiding and abetting.
He is next due in court on May 30th for a probable cause conference in front of 53rd District Court Judge Shauna Murphy.
The woman was released pending further investigation.
