The Tulsa County Juvenile Detention Officer has been suspected of having sexual intercourse with one of the minors, and more charges have been brought against him.
Hines, who is already facing charges for juvenile human trafficking, carrying or possessing a smartphone in a jail or prison, and destroying evidence, was additionally charged with two additional offenses during a preliminary hearing that took place on Wednesday.
Two more counts of carrying or possessing a cell phone in a jail or prison have been added to the list of charges that have been brought against the defendant for soliciting a juvenile for indecent exposure or images.
Apparently, the charges are for an offense that took place on February 11th, according to the court documents.
