Howell Police are investigating a homicide that occurred early Friday.
Just after midnight, officers from the Howell Police Department and the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 400 block of West Street for a report of a shooting.
Officers arrived to find a 20-year-old-male deceased. Officers immediately established a crime scene, and say a suspect is in custody.
Also responding to the scene were the Michigan State Police and Livingston County EMS.
Howell Police say as more information becomes available, additional press releases will be released.
