A 61-year-old construction foreman was killed earlier this week in a Livingston County workplace accident.
The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) reports the man was performing framing activities when he fell from the third story of a residential construction project in Pinckney. He was not wearing fall protection
The MIOSHA workplace death notice was issued Thursday, March 31.
The fatality remains under investigation and officials have not released the victim’s name.
It is the sixth workplace related death in Michigan in 2022.
