28-year-old Judith Westby was last seen on Nov. 30 near the intersection of Tyvola Road and South Tryon Street around 1 p.m. Westby was last seen wearing a t-shirt and jeans.

She is described as a black female with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 foot 10 and approximately 160 lbs.

The missing woman’s family and friends have expressed deep concern for her safety and well-being. Her loved ones are actively spreading information and hoping that the public can help with any tips that may lead to her safe return.

A close friend of the missing woman stated, “She’s a kind and caring person, and we’re just so worried. We really need anyone who might have seen anything to come forward and help us.”
