Following Stuff the Bus events over the weekend at the Howell and Fowlerville Walmarts, the 21st annual Backpacks for Kids distribution is set for later this week.
The goal of the project is to provide Livingston County students whose families are experiencing financial difficulties with basic school supplies at no cost.
Unlike past years in which the school supply distribution was held at LESA’s campus in Howell, individual distributions will take place at each of the five public school districts this Thursday, August 11 from 4-6 p.m.
