The senior living complexes in Florida were purchased by Atlas Senior Living and Salta Capital, two affiliates of the Birmingham, AL-based corporation, and will undergo upgrades worth $1.5 million.
Assisted living and memory care are available in these communities in the Clermont, Ocoee, and Oviedo submarkets of Orlando, FL.
This acquisition further demonstrates Atlas Senior Living’s dedication to growing its presence and improving its senior housing options throughout Florida and the Southeast,” the firm announced on Monday.
