Hi there! Gas prices might be frustrating. Every week, residents of Arizona, like Arcadia’s Emma Curcio, spend around $50 on gas.
The vehicle she was driving “sifts through gas,” she explained.
Gas prices in Arizona are expected to fall, with AAA Arizona predicting that drivers will spend less than $3 per gallon in the coming months or weeks.
“I wouldn’t complain,” Phoenix resident Chris Magana remarked. “Indeed, I would embark on many more journeys.”
With petrol prices in Arizona 11 cents higher than the national average per gallon, this would be a huge relief for drivers in the Valley.
A gallon cost $4 a year ago, so any drop below $3 would be a big deal.
“Oh, yeah, happy news,” Phoenix resident Brian Montes exclaimed. Acting expeditiously is preferable.
According to AAA Arizona’s Julian Paredes, “It’s certainly possible.”.
No one can anticipate with any degree of certainty when gas prices will rise or fall, according to Paredes.
The influence of oil prices and other global events, such as wars, is complex, according to Paredes. “Well, it’s certainly within the realm of possibility, but it could alter things.”

Drivers in State 48 can expect gas prices to drop soon as a result of the conclusion of supply concerns in California, from when Arizona obtains its fuel.
“…and gas usually gets cheaper throughout fall as we get closer to winter, so gas below $3 is certainly possible,” Paredes added.
Graham County recently had the priciest gas, with an average price of around $3.53 per gallon. La Paz County had the lowest gas price, at $3.15 per gallon.
In the wake of Hurricane Helene, Paredes predicted that the national average pricing will probably stay the same.
Meanwhile, he doesn’t anticipate any impact on gas production from the hurricane.
He was relieved that gas prices were not significantly affected by that.
For that reason, according to Paredes, we may soon be able to keep more of our hard-earned cash and spend less at the gas station.
Curcio thought it was quite good.
Many drivers are still hopeful.
“Yes, and I hope it continues to go down instead of up,” Magana said.
