The City of Clear Creek in Texas —
On August 3, the Clear Creek High School water polo team will host an alumni ceremony to honor the team’s accomplishments and remember the players who participated in it. The purpose of the reunion is to bring together current and former team members, celebrate the team’s accomplishments, and reconnect with one another.
Between the hours of 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, the pool at Clear Creek High School will host the event. Activities are arranged to cater to a variety of interests and skills, and alumni of all ages are invited to attend. There will be a luncheon where old teammates can catch up and discuss their time together, a tour of the renovated facilities, and a friendly scrimmage match.
Mark Thompson, who has coached the squad for the last 10 years, has spoken highly of the impending competition. This is a great chance for present gamers to connect with their predecessors. The opportunity to get insight into the heritage of Clear Creek water polo through their stories and experiences is a golden one, according to Thompson.
In addition to celebrating the team’s history, the alumni gathering helps fund the group’s future projects. Local companies and alumni have generously donated things for a silent auction. The money raised will be used to buy new gear, pay for student-athletes travel costs to away games, and provide scholarships.

Sarah Martinez is eagerly anticipating the reunion; she graduated in 2012. For me, playing water polo at Clear Creek was an integral aspect of my time in high school. Collaboration, self-control, and persistence were some of the lessons I took away from it. “I can’t wait to see old friends and lend my support to the players of tomorrow,” Martinez said.
Not only will there be a luncheon and scrimmage, but there will also be a photo montage of noteworthy moments from previous seasons, a ceremony to recognize outstanding alumni, and chances for the current squad to hear advice from the alumni.
The water polo team from Clear Creek has a long and glorious history of glory, having won multiple district championships and making it to the state tournament. As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a close-knit Clear Creek water polo community and guaranteeing the program’s longevity, we are hosting this alumni celebration.
If you would like to come, please let us know by sending an RSVP so that we can make enough preparations. The athletic department at Clear Creek High School can be contacted directly or through the school’s website, where alumni can sign up.
Both present and former players are getting more and more excited as the date draws near. Join us on August 3 for an unforgettable day of celebration, friendship, and support for the Clear Creek water polo team.
