Cincinnati, USA:
A registered sexual offender who admitted to taking improper pictures of women and teenagers inside local department stores the previous year is now being prosecuted on additional counts.
Marty Worley, 22, is accused of perpetrating the same act at a TJ Maxx store in Hamilton County, following an injunction to keep away from Target and Walmart.
Worley faced voyeurism charges in connection with an alleged May encounter, according to the police.

Police claim that Worley may be seen on surveillance footage at the TJ Maxx on Montgomery Road using his phone to snap photos up a woman’s skirt.
Worley was found guilty of voyeurism in October of last year, and he was given a 120-day jail sentence, 60 days for each count related to the occurrences at Target and Walmart.
