Unexpected layoffs in Pennsylvania have now been confirmed going into the year 2025 according to the fresh WARN data.
It’s important to understand that under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, an employer with more than 100 full-time workers must provide a 60-day notice before laying off 50 or more people at a single site.
Unexpected Layoffs Hit Ohio Hard: Thousands Left Jobless
The most recent layoffs in Pennsylvania are beginning this month of November and stretching out all the way to January and February of 2025.
