Following his terrible ambush and shooting last week while on duty, Harris County Constable Mark Herman gave a vital update on Deputy Paul Ramirez’s condition during a recent press conference.
The incident highlights the risks that police officers deal with daily and has shocked the local community and law enforcement.
A mystery attacker ambushed Deputy Ramirez while he was policing a district notorious for its high crime rate.
