Columbus, Ohio –
The 35-year-old man, whose identity was eventually revealed as Timothy, was given a life sentence without the possibility of parole three years ago for the murder of 30-year-old Drevv, as stated in the court records.
The prosecution asserts that the defendant brutally murdered the victim before setting himself on fire. He admitted guilt to aggravated murder, abduction, and corpse abuse just before his life sentence was handed down.
After meeting the defendant in July 2021, the victim invited him to his hotel room for a drink, which led to a tragic occurrence that ultimately proved fatal.
While handing down the sentence, the court supposedly stated, “The defendant claims he tortured and murdered a man and posted the details on social media because he was under the influence of drugs and someone attempted to take his wallet.”
Court records indicate that prosecutors presented over sixty tapes depicting the defendant’s murder of the victim.
According to sources, the victim is shown in the social media videos lying on the ground, visibly injured, while the defendant stands over him, allegedly holding a knife close to his neck.

The defendant allegedly denied any involvement in the murder during his first interview with investigators, as stated in the court records.
Judge Andy allegedly said: “Regret is not remorse” during sentencing. When you experience regret, you pity yourself; it’s not empathy for the people you wronged. In reality, the defendant has denied any wrongdoing.
Even now, he acts as if he is the victim. Because someone attempted to take his wallet and he was under the influence of drugs, he tortured and murdered a man, and then posted the details on social media.
