The States of Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, and Maryland will continue issuing SNAP benefits through December 23, 2024. However, they do not arrange paydays in the same way. Even if all get funding from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), they can deal with applications and paydays.
For instance, Alabama will issue Food Stamps using the last 2 digits of the SNAP recipient’s case number. If your case number is 40-44, you will receive money on your Electronic Benefits Transfer card on December 12.
Following the logical order, the next payday will be for those with a case number ending in 45-49 (13th) 50-54 (14th), 55-59 (15th), 60-64 (16th), 65-69 (17th), 70-74 (18th), 75-79 (19th), 80-84 (20th), 85-89 (21st), 90-94 (22nd), 95-99 (23rd).
