15th annual Tour de Livingston starts with Balloonfest kickoff ride

The Howell Rotary Club is again inviting bicyclists of all skill levels to take a ride through Livingston County to support local families via the Livingston County United Way Basic Needs Programs.

The series will begin with a Kickoff Ride on Sunday, June 26th during the Balloonfest morning launch. Riders will meet at 6:30 a.m. at the City of Howell Courthouse lawn for the 12-mile ride which will get underway at 7 a.m. As always, the Kickoff Ride is a free event with no pre-registration required.

 The official Tour de Livingston ride will take place on Sunday, October 9th providing riders with the opportunity to enjoy beautiful fall colors during the peak color season in Michigan. New routes are being developed and this year riders will be starting from the Howell High School Freshman Campus located at 411 N. Highlander Way, Howell. Breakfast will be provided upon arrival at registration and appropriate safety protocols will be followed. Registration will be available on July 1st.
